Little factors that will impact big on your meditation practice


1.      Your mobile phone – turn it off, put it on silent, and leave it in another room

2.      A slumped posture – an unfocused body cannot support a focused mind

3.      Frustration – go with it, it is teaching you about yourself and expanding your limits

4.      Interruptions – put a ‘meditation in progress’ sign up on your door

5.   A quick fix - meditation is an ongoing process, a continual practice, looking for a quick fix will leaving your giving up before you have even begun
